Conveniently located on the CBD side of the lake you can take the choice of walking around the beautiful shores at your doorstep, drop into renowned racers cafe or peruse the historic gardens or Victoria Park whilst only being a 5minute drive from the Ballarat CBD.



This newly renovated heritage protected home speaks character with modern comforts at location that cannot be beaten.



Head inside to the freshly painted hallway with antique chandeliers overhead as you make your way through to the sun filled lounge, perfect for a morning cup of coffee before you decide what to do with your day. Or kick back and enjoy the lathe 65inch TV and wifi next to the heritage fireplace.There is a split system for all seasons.



Our hall featuring Tasmanian oak leads to all three bedroom each featuring their own split system for maximum comfort



The main bathroom comes with walk-in shower and bath. A separate toilet adds further convenience. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer for your stay.



Please note there is a small detached studio at end of the driveway at the rear of the property which on occasion does have guests. They will only have access to the studio and not the garden space but will access through the same driveway which we ask to keep as a shared walk space given the ample free street parking on our very quiet, safe street.
