The resort its self is beautiful. The property needs to offer better parking especially for parents with prams being a child friendly property. The games room and arcade were a massive hit. Limited parking so be early. The hotel has no lift for those with mobility issues.

Main Lead Ballarat Motel
The staff at reception was very friendly and suggested lots of activities/sights to visit. The room itself was ok, but the sheets on the bed smelt like cigarette smoke and the shower was filthy.
