"Lovely room, clean, comfortable, well appointed & quiet. We’d be happy to stay longer in such a nice room! We asked for early check-in, & were told we’d be contacted when the room was ready, but there was no follow-up contact. Our morning shower had no hot water so we washed quickly! We knew there was ongoing work with the water supply but didn’t expect cold showers. When we reported the issue at the front desk, we were graciously offered breakfast at the on-site restaurant. So glad we accepted! Food (& service & view) were excellent. We didn’t consider the restaurant previously because there was no evidence of it aside from a sign on the door. A posted menu could help. It’s a long walk down a cold hallway and we totally would have not considered it as a breakfast option. Definitely recommend eating at the restaurant!"

"Breakfast was okay. Not the quality of what is expected from a Marriott Hotel. It would have been better if the oatmeal was hot not luke warm. The scrambled eggs were not rubber. The hot coffee was okay but not great. Maybe even think of having iced coffee as an.option since it is August and a hundred degrees outside. Also being charged incidentals and not explained what incidentals your charged upon your check in. This was confusing as we physically just arrived. I assumed it was just for walking in the door."

"This is a great, spacious house with an excellent property manager Laura. It’s walkable to USNA Gate 1 in less than 20 minutes, which makes it ideal for visiting Navy families. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has plenty of room for cooking. We unfortunately experienced an issue that required a repair but no service provider was available. The property manager was extremely accommodating, helpful, and responsive throughout the issue even though it could not be resolved for the bulk of our stay. Best features: ample living space, nice backyard, walking distance to shops/food/sights but a little removed from town, comfy couches and beds, nice and plentiful towels. Superb property manager. Downsides: the house has a parking spot but you really need to back into it as reversing into traffic can be dicey. Kitchen amenities are ok but not plentiful for a house in this price range. We’ve stayed in this house twice and would return again. Especially recommend for families who want downtown Annapolis access but a little more room to spread out."

"The house was a good option for a group of dads and boys between lacrosse tournaments. The house was big enough for 9 people and the pool and hot tub were great additions. It is also located in an area that is easy to walk to restaurants and shops.The kitchen wasn’t as well equipped as we would have liked and the kitchen is small. The pool and hot tub are a nice addition, but the outside area isn’t well maintained."
Annapolis Charm –Bright 3BR in Downtown

"Charming, cozy, perfect! This house is perfectly located in walking distance to many points of interest. The kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware, coffee, soap, etc. The bathrooms had full size toiletries. Our host gave us advance notice about alternate side parking, allowing us to forgo a rental car and use Uber which ended up being cheaper. The decor is aesthetically pleasing and the furniture choices make the spaces feel roomy. Full size mirrors were a bonus when getting ready for the day. We visited during an unprecedented heat wave so the AC had to work overtime and it did. Marina is very responsive and provides lots of local recommendations. She also thoughtfully accommodated our request for an early check-in. Thank you for a wonderful five star stay."
