We had a beautiful waterview room. The room was beautiful. I only wish we had more time! The falcon walk with Collin and Mary was more than we hoped for. 4 night stay. Breakfast staff quite unnatentive. Appear to prioritise coach tour parties to the detriment of independent guests. We stayed here around 4 years ago and it was noticeably better then. Breakfast items and crockery not topped up or replenished.

This hotel was everything I expected, but the grounds were the best part for me. Walked over to the pro shop and rented clubs (sleeve of balls and tees included) and played 9 holes despite a little rain. High tea at the castle was incredible. Staff was great without being pushy.
