"Went with the girls for a chill night. Hotel was great for the price! Hotel clean for the most part. Staff on reception amazing, staff at breakfast were providing the bare minimum. Would return to the hotel though! "

"My goal was to visit Castles and see the countryside!We purposely selected this place for the fact it was kinda in the middle of Ireland, from where we would make day trips. It worked wonderfully! Our other purpose was to be away from Dublin and meet what I guessed would be the true Irish. Very Close by was a fantastic Pub, and restaurant. We stayed a week here. Safety was of no concern on this trip. The people were wonderful and the food fantastic. We visited 7 castles while here, and went to the cliffs of Moher. We saved an incredible amount of money doing this ourselves versus going on tour buses. Do be aware back roads can be extremely narrow. I surely brushed the rental car against hedgerows on occasion. Rent a small narrow car for this neck of the woods. A big SUV would have been very difficult to keep on your side of the road, on backroads . Our Host Margaret was wonderfully accommodating. "

"Our hosts were incredibly helpful, friendly and from the moment we arrived more than happy to pass on information to places to visit in Ireland. The cottage was so welcoming and we loved every moment we had there. Any questions we had were always answered extremely quickly. It was a pleasure to stay in Greenville Cottage, thank you to Denise and Joseph and their three sons, you all aided in our visit to your home and your country ."

"The Flannery’s were excellent hosts. Lovely quiet part of the village along by the Shannon. Lovely room, bed and breakfast. Flynn’s Restaurant offers great food and service and the marina a picturesque walk after. A haven for fishing too. "

"From start to finish we were made to feel most welcome. Even on our morning walks the local drivers all waved and said good morning. We are from the UK and the US. This charming house provided us with a perfect base to explore the area and also hunker down and enjoy our family time. Joe and Carmen are the kindest hosts. There were delicious treats in the kitchen to make our arrival Even sweeter. We will definitely be back at some point during the warmer months! Lots of quaint villages and bigger towns nearby, can’t wait to come back and explore even more! Thank you!"
