Terrible service. I was advised by my doctor that it would be unsafe for me to travel to Paris in the extreme heat, this hotel would not refund me. They do not care about their guest’s health or customer service, they only care about selling rooms. There are much nicer and more service minded hotels in Paris, you should stay elsewhere.
