"All was very good but no proper shampoo and conditioner in the rooms. I requested a rope for going to the spa but didn’t arrive on time. Should have been in the room. Tradesmen not tidying up after themselves found a screw on the carpet which cleaners should have been around after they were finished. Found a broken glass under a radiator in the club house. Cleaners need to be advised to look everywhere when cleaning. No bananas on display at breakfast. Everything else was Excellent. Loved...
