"We had a wonderful stay at the weekend at Slieve Donard Hotel for my Mum's birthday. We haven't been for a few years, and it was so lovely to be back. We booked dinner at Villa Vinci in the town and oh my - it was amazing! The staff were wonderful and the room was fantastic. One thing to note, however, is that seating in the spa is extremely limited, and it was completely full on our first day, and the jacuzzi was much the same. We returned on Monday morning at 8 am and managed to get 2 seats, but we were just lucky. It really doesn't have enough seating for a hotel of this size. The views definitely help make up for the lack of seating, though!"

The staff was kind and helpful from the moment we checked in. The food, much of which is sourced from their own farm, was delightful. The grounds are immaculate! We thoroughly enjoyed walking the gardens and hiking through the hillside. The spa is top notch and I highly recommend purchasing one of the spa packages. It was a truly magical stay and an experience we will never forget."
