"This place was the perfect home base for our family of six during our week of exploring the west side of the island. Ed’s communication was amazing, especially when we ran into a little issue with the power going out during a storm that came through. We felt right at home here. Would definitely stay here again if we ever head back to the west side of the island."

"Beautiful oceanfront private villa! Very clean and plenty of beach towels provided. Gorgeous sunsets and lots of local wildlife. Functional kitchen for quick bites. Air Conditioning is amazing and sofa is comfy. If you just want a pool vacation while listening to the ocean, this is your spot!"

"Beautiful property. Very clean. Plenty of space for 7 adults. Outdoor shower was so cute. Kitchen was big and had everything you would need. There is a coffee machine for both Keurig pods and filter use. Provided plenty of towels for in house and beach use. Comfy beds. Lots of family games in the house. 2 cute hammocks available. Unfortunately the rain brought in lots of seaweed to the sand. But water was warm and clear. Supermarket near by. Lots too eat near rincon plaza and in Aguada town. Many houses near by felt very safe."

"We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and restful. We typically choose rentals away from touristy areas and the location of this one was just what we were hoping for. The views from the unit and the beach was beautiful! It was like having our own private beach because there was practically zero foot traffic. I loved that! The surrounding community has more restaurants, food trucks and road side stands than I could count, so u won't go hungry. The Host is awesome! We had to contact him once during our stay with an issue and he was quick to respond...turned out it was user error.There were enough towels and blankets and beds were comfortable and AC worked great! The unit itself worked for us but I'm happy to hear that updates are coming!"
