"My stay was pleasant. I have stayed there several times. Food at the restaurant is fresh and the tikibar staff are amazing with food and drinks, you also have music and beautiful view of the ocean. The rooms they also put humidifier and air conditioning in some rooms. I just enjoy the beauty of the ocean view."

"I chose this hotel based on the reviews, and I wouldn’t consider myself a very picky traveler—as long as I get what I pay for. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met here. The food and drinks are good once you finally receive them, but the wait times can be very long. The rooms themselves are fine, however they need to be kept extremely cold or the ceiling starts to sweat. I understand this is a tropical climate, but it’s uncomfortable having my kids come in from the pool into an ice-cold room. On our second day, we noticed a significant number of ants in the room. We didn’t bring any food inside, so I’m not sure where they came from—they seemed to be concentrated around a power cord. The service is polite, but not particularly warm or attentive. Staff do their jobs, but it lacks the friendliness and hospitality you might experience on other islands or on a cruise. The surrounding area is nice, with many cute places to eat nearby, and it definitely offers a quieter, more relaxed vibe compared to San Juan. There is limited amount of things to do for kids: beach, pool,ping pong table, swings. No gym or sport courts. It was ok for our 5 day stay but on the last day the kids were bored. "

"Very spacious. Excellent layout with plenty of space. Outside veranda was great! Close to everything. Washer dryer was a life saver! Host was very easy to communicate with. "

"The location is AMAZING! We walked down to the local bakery every morning. We noticed the prices there were cheaper than the grocery store. You can get up and head right down to the beach! The food we ate around the area was the best food we had all trip. The beach is a little rocky.We used eye masks to sleep- better window covers would have been great. The one thing that kept me up at night was the warnings about the plumbing. In some areas you do not flush toilet paper and the plumbing is older. My husband has some gastro issues and it was something that I worried about at the condo. We tried to use bathrooms else where when we could. Nothing ended up happening, but I did lose sleep over it. "

"The unit was just a short walk to the beach, and having beach chairs available was a great bonus for enjoying our time there. The only downside was that the bunk beds could have been a bit more comfortable, but overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it!"

"Great place! Good location, walked to beach and used the pool every day. Beds were comfy, ample towels, stocked kitchen, good AC, communication was excellent. Safe and quiet, would stay again! "
