"Simple comfort hotel with great views, kind staff, and sounds of the wildlife to put you to sleep. We had hardwood floors so I’d recommend bringing slippers. Plan ahead to be up in the mountains and getting ubers in the area is very difficult. Otherwise lots of great restaurants and beaches are 8-12 minutes away if you call local taxi services."

"We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out effortless. He also gave some great recommendations for food and beaches. The location was perfect, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Rincon experience. "This unit was great for our family of four (with two teen boys). We enjoyed the cool water pool each day. The location had beautiful views from rooftop patio. We used the kitchen for breakfast and enjoyed the recommendations for dinner restaurants. The unit was clean and AC worked great. The road is not walkable, so we drove to a few close restaurants, Surf Store and beaches. We really enjoyed our stay. "
