"Nice place. One of the better around. Staff were friendly and helpful. Grounds are a little outdated. Cleaning staff was a little negligent. I understand they don't clean fully every day. However towels were taken by cleaning staff and not replaced! Left with no toilet paper also. But that is the worst thing about it. We enjoyed our stay a great deal "

"This is the second time we've stayed here. It's such an amazing place from the pool, to the apt. Downstairs, to the beach right next door its got everything covered! Always an amazing time! Close to everything. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store and downtown Rincon minutes away. Love it!! Will be back again"

"Amazing two story penthouse suite with unmatched views of the Caribbean! Two delightful easy to access swimming pools and a small, essentially private beach! We loved having the windows open and just listening to the waves outside. "

"The unit was infested with termites & cockroaches, the listing is innacurate! There is no hot tub, this is not a resort, not even close! The kitchen had rusty & dirty utensils, a cracked coffee caraffe, & poor lighting, I could not cook. The owner, w/ Evolve was rude & innapropiate, our stay was terrible. We asked for a solution to the insect problem but inept staff could not comply. The situation was made worse when chemicals were used twice & a horrible stink lingered for days. Patio furniture was rusted & falling apart. The building is not well maintained, rain caused wet hallways which were not mopped up promptly . When power went out the elevators did not work, going up 7 flights of stairs was horrible. I cannot recommend this unit or Evolve, we expected our monies worth & we got misery."
