"Straight 5 stars for this beautiful property and especially the host. He was helpful, flexible, answered all my questions promptly. The location was wonderful; walking distance to get to the beach.This property had everything, and I mean everything!! Just about anything I forgot, they had. Going to the beach? Only bring your bathing suit. They had the cart, chairs, towels, swimming goggles and even the sunscreen that I forgot to buy!! The rooms were so spacious with very comfy beds. Kitchen full of everything you need!!We will definitely be back!! "

"Perfection 100 feet away from the beach! Highly recommend it for the nice hosts and it's walking distance to the bar, pharmacy, grocery or a sandy beach with Pizza and Beer. Spotless. Secure parking lot. View of the ocean from the second floor. 40 minutes to San Juan PR. Safe area. Recommended "

"Myself and 7 friends rented this home for a 50th birthday long weekend and this space was perfect. The views are stunning, the beach is so close, the pool is spacious and warm. One night we had a catered dinner on the patio with music playing through the sound system, it was wonderful. Richard is not only responsive but attentive, you can tell through the thoughtful details he included in the home that he loves to entertain. The food trucks near the beach and along the beach road during the day are terrific but dinner choices at night are not as numerous without a car. Can’t wait to return. "

"We spent the month of March in upper beach house. It was clean, comfortable bed, and in a superior location for spending time at a beautiful beach. The area is safe, has a fantastic boardwalk, grocery store, bakery, cafe’s and various bar’s within walking distance. Our host was amazing and available. We had access to various beach chairs and umbrella. The area has lovely trees, shrubs & flowers typical if a southern climate. "
