"Beautiful location, excellent amenities. Great for families, elderly, singles, couples. The pool was wonderful and the private beach is one of the best I’ve seen. Apparently the waters can get dangerous but just five minutes down the road is a calmer beach great for snorkeling. The grill was tasty and bartenders were fantastic. Nice, clean rooms."

"There price was a good value for the rooms that it provided. But the place needs some up keep to make it enjoyable. The laundry room was full of dirty linen and the dryer did not work. We had a lot of rain on night where the first floor was getting flooded and water was sipping on the upper floor bathroom window. Each bathroom sink was draining poorly I had to go with a plunger to relieve the water. There are several windows that do not close and the screens are dirty and sticky. The terrace on the second floor need some power washing to get rid of the mildew and the pool needed to get cleaned as it has debris on the bottom. We had no beach towels as advertise. The owners will response once on your initial message then they go dead silence. We own and rent properties as well and would never allow those poor conditions to exist."

"This house is absolutely beautiful! Very clean & George is very fast to respond. We love the restaurant across the street. Very convenient. Little party store right down the road too. Spacious house with plenty of room for everyone. We loved the outdoor seating areas and the pool is immaculate. Would love to stay again! "

"We had a great stay at Casa Agua y Sol. This was our first visit and we will be back! A wagon was provided to carry all of the beach toys, chairs and umbrella to Cerro Gordo. The pool was a great spot to enjoy breakfast and evening drinks and the house was clean and had individual a/c units in each bedroom. Overall, it’s a great place to spend time with family and friends! "

"I would suggest a few small improvements to further enhance the guest experience. The existing outdoor rinse area is a great feature; however, installing a proper showerhead or fixture would make it much more convenient for guests to rinse off after returning from the beach.In addition, adding a hose to an outdoor spigot would be very helpful, allowing guests to easily rinse sand off their feet, sandals, and beach or diving equipment with better control and direction.Providing a toaster oven would also be a valuable amenity for light cooking and added convenience during longer stays.Overall, the property is in an excellent location,very close to the beach,and is especially ideal for those interested in scuba diving, with a dive shop nearby."

"Great unit for our family outing. Walk to the beach. Short drive to Dorado. Very well stocked with lots of little extras. Very quiet location close to whatever you need. We are already considering a trip next January. "
