"It’s a great weekend getaway with kids. The pool area is amazing, there is a very nice playground and the rooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast is good but small things like one person having 2 pans making omelets to hundreds of breakfast guests is just a puzzle and something easily sorted. Our biggest objection is language. "Had a really nice stay, the penthouse apartment was lovely, all modern, clean and very well kept. Balcony got loads of sun so was a really nice feature to have. Only downside was the check in as I didn't receive any emails or messages on how to check in and the coffee shop that was listed to go to was closed for 4 days so we where unable to ask there , so we have to find a number online to message the host, after getting no reply on Expedia chat. "Great hotel in the centre of town. Receptionist was professional and friendly. The room was well maintained and had more than enough surfaces to put all your things. Bathroom clean and had an actual bath, which was nice. And the breakfast was really good. The whole hotel just felt relaxed but a very good standard. We used the gym and pool and both were good also. Highly recommend."

"The check in experience was poor - they don’t bother to offer proper instructions for the front desk that is located away from the actual hotel. Moreover - they don’t bother to pickup calls at the front desk. Poor experience and poor communication. The hotel itself is nice and clean. Good location. Just their concept of supporting customers is way off - set your expectations low."
