This hotel is pretty well located and maintained, however, the check-in staff mentioned that breakfast was included when I checked-in. The next morning we go to breakfast and told about the offerings, then a second staff member comes after we start grabbing food demanding for vouchers. Since we were also asked to pay nearly $70 at check-in after prepaying the room, we weren't clear what she's talking about, no manager was available, and we just left breakfast. This also happened to another guest who was at breakfast at the same time. After asking what the $70 charge was about, the front desk said it's for Wi-Fi and other "amenities" offered by the hotel. Given that we got no housekeeping the next day or other "amenties" this charge seems rather criminal.

The property is very nice. The staff was not very good at greeting and to try and contact someone by phone was almost impossible. We were told we'd have a city facing room. It was ready, so they said, but it was not inspected yet. I saw the room number. We returned later soaking wet from a downpour. Employees in the lobby would not answer the door. Nobody answered the intercom call. When we finally got our room (different room than was originally going to be given to us, was courtyard facing. They had no more city facing rooms. The courtyard would actually have been nice except the door to the balcony was locked. Treat your trip as if it's an Air B&B and you'll probably like your stay.

Great location and nice spacious room - A/C was out third night with no notification from staff and the water station did not work on our floor.. unacceptable in the extreme heat. Housekeeping did not do a great job.

It was a fabulous hotel and conveniently located. Breakfast was delicious!
