Power was out until after midnight and nobody could check in. I realize that is nobody’s fault at the hotel but they offered no concessions. All I got was a partial coupon for a drink at the bar the next morning

Waited to get a room. But watched while a number of other parties checked in. And then around 8:15 pm, the restaurant and bar abruptly closed. Computer issues. I said I had cash but still no. Disappointing. Won’t stay here again.

Property is in the middle of a construction area. When everything is done I think it will be a great place to stay. I would definitely use them again

Property was beautiful with the waterfront view. Lots of construction going on around so not there yet. Pillows were too soft. Rain shower was amazing. No pool, which was disappointing.

Cindy Lou’s’ Fish House restaurant serves almost no sea food. Service is terrible. Beet salad had canned beets in it and lettuce was several days old. Wines are way overpriced. Call an Uber and eat somewhere else.

A great new hotel. Staff could be better trained (no attention of the valet parker when we arrived; check-in clerk flipping through brochures while I was paying). Rooms are great and surroundings are coming up around the hotel. Good access to the water front.

Excellent property right on the Harbor in Harbor East neighborhood. Professional staff at front desk. Within walking distance to Fell’s Point, Little Italy and Inner Harbor. Clean and spacious room. Really comfortable bed.

Beautiful view from the 12th floor. Staff was very accommodating, pleasant, and professional. They have a pool table in the lobby and a terrace/gym open 24hrs as well. Walking distance wasn’t bad at all. I highly recommend definitely will be back!

Hotel was clean and relaxing. I will not be staying at this location anymore due to the parking situation. Paid $56.32 to park and received tickets from a security company that monitors the garage stating I did not pay to park. Went to the hotel reception desk that stated it’s not their garage and could not help. Now it’s up to me to dispute these tickets. Beware when you park in the parking garage.

This was my second time staying in this hotel and I found this time wasn't as great as the first. The staff didn't look welcoming; only one elevator (of two in the entire hotel) was working; the bartender wasn't very welcoming to our large groupnand issued last call 30 mins before the bar closing, which seemed kind of early to me. I'm not sure of their official policy on last call. Overall the staff seemed annoyed at our presence and the broken elevator made for very long waits.
