Subject: Concerns Regarding Vehicle Safety at Courtyard Marriott BWI

I hope this email finds you well. I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and overall, my experience was satisfactory. However, I feel compelled to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred during my stay.
On SUNDAY JUNE 10 at about 6am, while parked in the hotel parking lot, I witnessed two vehicles with their wheels stolen right in front of the hotel. To my disbelief, a total of eight tires were stolen from these vehicles. As an individual who values the safety and security of my belongings, this incident has left me deeply concerned.
I understand that unfortunate incidents can occur anywhere, and it is not always within the control of the hotel management. However, I believe it is essential for a hotel to provide a safe and secure environment for its guests, including their vehicles. With the value of my car exceeding $90,000, the theft of tires from vehicles parked in front of the hotel is simply unacceptable.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this issue and implement measures to enhance security in the hotel parking lot. Some potential solutions may include:
1. Increased surveillance: Install additional security cameras or increase monitoring in the parking lot to deter potential thieves and provide evidence in case of any incidents.
