"We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt House. The room was exactly as it was in the pictures, very clean and spacious and most importantly QUIET at night (other than the occasional plane flying overhead). Justin at the front desk was extremely friendly and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired but the staff were very attentive to making sure all items were stocked throughout the morning. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. "

"Adrianne over and beyond during my check in. I went through a 3rd party vendor and chose the wrong dates. She was very patient and explanatory on exactly what I needed to do to fix my own error. She provided my wife and kids with comfort as well while we sorted things out. She was the only staff at the desk that evening and I watched her multi task helping others with their stay and providing linen or etc to others during their stay. Her overall customer service was Top Tier and I will always stay at this location for that very reason. If I had to find one issue, the WiFi was terrible. I had to go outside for calls and for internet connection issues whether in the lobby or in my room. However it is what it is, it didn’t deter or change my mind about choosing this property for another stay. Thanks again Adrianne"
