"There is a no party sign on the front desk which tells me they have issues with this. During my stay there was a birthday party happening in the pool area where a very large family of 25-30 people were allowed to run wild and make other guests feel uncomfortable. We asked that they refrain from throwing a football that kept hitting us and they all surrounded the space we were in to intimidate us and berate us verbally. We reported it to the front desk and nothing was done. Worst stay I had ever had at, they need to follow their policies and make it safe and accommodating for all guest. "
