Also, I guess she wasn’t required to tell me about any of the amenities…including breakfast. "

"The hotel experienced a watermain break while we were there. We had no water, breakfast was abbreviated; however, the staff made us as comfortable as possible. I would be willing to stay there again, if things were more normal."

"I stay in Bmore usually 2-3 times a year for Ravens games and have stayed at many of the hotels near the harbor. The location is a little farther away from the bottom like I am use to but the staff made this place 5 stars. I have stayed in "higher star hotels" and this one made up for the 3 stars by its staff. They were all willing to assist and always tried to do what they could. Staff 5 stars."

"Just over night stay lobby was infested with low life's morning and night my husband grand son and grand daughter saw man masterbating in lobby early morning no batteries in smoke alarm no security lock on door and phone jack was hanging out of wall"
