Staff were also friendly and kind, despite a slight language barrier as we did not speak much korean. There are cafes and eateries in walking distance too. "객실내부 청소상태는 좋았고 침구류 및 가구도 깔끔했습니다 호텔같지 않고 아파트같은 분위기?? 욕실마감재도 고급스러운 분위기가 있었어요 발코니의 자쿠지는 생각보다 너무 좋았고요 스파기능이 좋았어요 다만 유리난간의 청소상태가 너무 않좋았고 세탁기와 인덕션 사용이 안되는건 아쉬웠습니다. 편의시설이 편의점 한곳인건 개선이 시급한부분같고 옥상수영장도 운영이 안되고 식당도 없고… 지금 호텔영업을 하는게 맞나?? 하는 생각이 드네요 내년에는 개선된 모습을 기대해 봅니다"

"Great swimming pool, location, and excellent communication and customer service. We booked one room through Expedia and another through another provider since Expedia didn’t have a price for 3 people room and we were a group of 5. The hotel arranged the rooms close by as we requested so it was easy and convenient stay. Restaurants and convenient stores are close. Nacksansa is in walkable distance and Nacksan beach is right across the street. We had great time staying 2 nights at this hotel. Definitely going back."
