"The staff at the pool have no clue on hospitality, I had to keep going up to order my my drinks and then it took forever for them to come. They had a sign up saying no diving. But a guy was going round tell kids that they cannot jump in or splash in the pool. It made the pool"

"The rooms are large and beautiful with every detail so well thought out. The pool is fabulous and the staff also beautiful and so kind and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The location is fantastic near so many sites and just off Sunday walking street. Many great places to eat and drink nearby Such a great value. I loved my stay and would highly recommend. I definitely plan on staying my next trip to chiang Mai. "
