"We loved our stay at Coco Palm! It is an older/more traditional style resort but that was part of the charm for us. The beach is beautiful and quiet. Lovely pool, bar and restaurant and delicious Thai food options. All the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, made amazing cocktails and great food. Our room was so clean every day and the beach was always spotless. Big shout out to Nèung at the bar - thank you for all the cocktails and great chat! We hope to be back one day."

"Lovely property in a quiet location. A few beach bars and restaurants within walking distance along the beach, which was v handy. Quiet side of island but within a 20-30 mins taxi ride away from most tourist locations. Pool and beach were perfect for the kids. Pool was shared with a few other properties but it was always quiet (max 1 other family using the pool at the same time). Property itself was lovely and as described (although I don’t think the photos do the property justice!). Communication with Joan and the local team was excellent. High recommend for families who want a peaceful holiday away from crowds. Only constructive feedback is that the master bedroom ideally need blinds at the top of the room, as the morning sunrise lights up the room brightly! All in all, we had a brilliant time staying there with our friends!"

"Amazing view, good communication and clean room. The infinity pool looking out to the bay was definitely the highlight. As other reviewers said, you will definitely need a rental car as the area is not walkable due to steep hills. We organized directly with the company. FIY the villa is advertised by Coconut Laguna company but the owner is still involved with the villa (some of the comms got confusing)... We enjoyed discovering new restaurants and cafes along mae Nam. Great value for 2x couples or big family, but pricey for just a couple. Also what's common in this area is charging customers due excess power use."

"Really appreciated the early check in and 100B / beer mini bar stocked. Great pool, although we did have to share it and there were only 3 sun loungers available. Small problems of ac remote not working and not enough plates for our party of 6 were quickly sorted. There was a problem with the drains with a smell in the top en-suites and the kitchen sink blocked and leaking. Good location, quiet beach, couple of great beach restaurants 10min walk away."

"What an amazing villa and overall experience. My husband and I took our adult children and their spouses to Koh Samui and this house was absolutely perfect for us. Plenty of space, we enjoyed the pool and the location was great! We like secluded and away from the hustle and bustle. We rented scooters from the house which ensured peace of mind and ease (drop off and pick up at the house), groceries stocked - Brody even added some wine when we requested as it wasn’t on the pre-stock list, chef Lek prepared amazing dinners for us - which came in clutch the first night after a long two days of traveling. The meal preparation was a great deal, and absolutely delicious. We used the house taxi service (we needed a van with six of us), the prices were a little more than if you were to use Grab, but again so convenient! We booked the ethical elephant sanctuary- which was a trip highlight and a boat tour to Ang Thong Marine park - again all through the house which made everything super convenient. After reading the reviews - yes the main living areas are hot, it is Thailand! We positioned fans around the areas we congregated and were comfortable. If you needed a break from the heat the room ACs were top tier, and of course a dip in the pool makes everything better. Brody was very helpful and always available which we appreciated. This was an amazing house and trip!"
