"You have to request for makeup room which we did daily. And you need to follow-up several times and not until 6pm will the room be cleaned. Their reason is they only have 1 staff who do the cleaning in that area. They had this welcome card in the room but it had a different guest name, not our name. It takes so long to request for buggy assistance. In short, the resort is under staff. They had more gardeners than resort staff. "

"The location is good very convenient close to all the shops. Nice view . The unit a little outdated but for the price you payed is good enough. "

"The view is the only good thing about this place—absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The room was nothing like the photos—very misleading. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, had mold, and smelled off. To top it off, we found a bag of trash under the sink that clearly wasn’t ours. The internet was unreliable, and when we checked the router, we discovered the cables had been chewed—possibly by a mouse. The Wi-Fi password on the info sheet was also incorrect, so we had to check the back of the router just to connect. Service was poor overall, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. Definitely won’t be coming back. "
