"Staff personnel were friendly enough. The furniture in the room was scratched and scared up. I mentioned this to the staff back in May when we stayed there. Food in Oliver’s restaurant is quite good. The $100 deposit seems stiff to me but of course you get that back providing no damages are done. Just grips me that we pay for the carelessness of others."

"It was very clean! Had a view of the city which was neat! Host was very nice and helpful. The shampoo and body wash and other things they had supplied were organic which was wonderful for us as we also shop that way. Would definitely stay here again! If you stay here you will not be disappointed"

"Our stay was excellent. We were met by hosts when we parked at the property. The VBRO was even better than I thought it would be very clean and welcoming. The pictures of it were excellent but they still didn’t do the property justice. The hosts were warm and friendly and if I could have I would have stayed longer. If I had to sum up my stay i would say it was “a little slice of heaven.”"

"This property was relatively clean. We found a partially eaten cookie in the tv stand. The sponge left on the kitchen sink was dirty and gross. We bought new ones. The property is older. The amount of space in the living room and bedrooms was adequate. The listing said it had "air conditioning". It had a "swamp cooler" which is different than air conditioning. We arrived in the afternoon on a hot July afternoon. Although the swamp cooler was on, it was not cool in the house. It took a while for the house to cool down. That being said, we went to Walmart and bought oscillating fans for each bedroom, and they helped to keep it cool while we slept. Because of the swamp cooling system, you have to leave your bedroom door open when sleeping which doesn't help with privacy. This property was in a great place for shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Overall, the property was good. Colorado in summer is HOT. It should be stated on the listing that it has a swamp cooler and not a/c."

"Mostly great but not friendly for short people. A stool or step ladder would help. Lower the bathroom mirror. With the steps, it is not friendly for someone with a walker. The host was responsive and helpful. Very clean. The back porch with a table was nice when in the shade. Sweetener and creamer for the coffee would be nice."
