"We absolutely loved staying here. This home is clean, beautiful with a fully stocked kitchen (pots/pansetc) and anything you would really need to cook. They also provided coffee, which was a nice surprise. The luxury of having a bathroom for each of the bedrooms is amazing as well as the washer and dryer. We only stayed for two nights, but I could've easily stayed a whole week in this home and felt very comfortable. The hosts were very quick with communication and accommodating to any need. I had along the booking process. Highly recommend booking with this company and or the specific property. Anytime I am back in Grand Junction. I plan to stay here again. It's only about five minutes from the college, so it's very convenient to visiting my daughter who attends CMU. It's in a lovely neighborhood. We felt safe. Being able to park my car in the garage was a nice little cherry on top. "
"The property was wonderful. The gated yard was great, as I was travelling with my dogs. Communication with the host was very good. She was quick to respond and helpful. There was a bit of confusion over the pet fee, but we got it worked out. I would certainly stay there again. "

"I have so many positive things to say about this rental that I don't even know where to start. First, the view--looking out at the Little Book Cliffs and the Grand Mesa and the Colorado River Valley and the city itself in the valley. . .I could never get bored with that. The view changes minute by minute as the clouds roll through. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Also, the neighborhood is extremely quiet, which is important. The house is huge. . .it was actually the type of floorplan where you can get lost. I was traveling with two friends, and we each had our own bathroom and bedroom, which was fantastic. The kitchen was stocked enough with utensils and pots and pans so we made a couple of gourmet meals. Everything was super clean, the beds were comfortable, the wifi was strong and reliable. The owners are very responsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again. "
