"The frontdesk staff (lady on duty on 5th April) was extremely pleasant and helpful. We really appreciated her. The restaurant was however, really slow. We understood the gas issues but we had to wait for one hour even for available menu’s, food to be served to us. Our kids were in hunger. The rooms were clean, property is well maintained and apart from food, everything else was positive. "

"This is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy nature. The rooms are magnificent, with a balcony overlooking the grounds and lake. The large bed was very comfortable and the staff efficient and friendly. The chef is amazing! Try the Goan fish curry. "

"The location is beautiful overlooking the Kabini river ! Staff is courteous! The water activities are fun ! Had an enjoyable stay ! "

"Room was very good. The shower, hot water perfect. The chicken curry was perfect. My only suggestions are1. Must put a mat in the bathroom, as older persons such as I am, are likely to slip and fall. "

"My whole experience was absolutely amazing. Rooms were all the time in good condition. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Food was very hygienic , tasty as well as fresh. So much variety in food. They come to your table and make sure you are pleased with food if we need anything. Lots of activity to do in nature. Very informative. Staff was knowledgeable about Rainforest . Its children friendly .I highly recommend this place for families. Hope to visit again. 🙂"

"The property is old and it’s visible in the rooms. The views from room are not great . The whole property layout is decent not wow. I have been to better properties. Food was good "

"I was a bit sceptical when I made the booking, especially because the reviews I read before I made the booking weren’t very supportive. But from the time we arrived until the time we checked out, we could say that the reviews were totally wrong. We were looked after with genuine warmth, care, and friendliness that made our stay truly amazing. The food was a set menu, which worked out great for us. It was homely and delicious. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure the guests were treated right. Murugan and his wife Meena catered to our food needs and ensured we were well fed all the time. The resort was beautiful and well maintained. The view from our cottage was was serene and lovely. Overall, it was an experience far better than we expected, and we’re already looking forward to returning again."
