Hotel was amazing, cute little cottage like room. Actual wood burning fireplace that had the wood, kindling and paper at the ready. Slides were awesome as was the outdoor hottub. Had some issues with the linens but the staff were quick to make it right. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

This is cozy, modest, vintage, clean, fun, etc. etc. Really I can't imagine a more perfect place to stay at in the mountains. The wood fireplace with access to wood was lovely. Of course, and most importantly, we cooked! Full kitchen = great and healthy food. I would always come back here. My son also enjoyed the water slides more than I expected. Note: I imagine if you are a 'top shelf' type of person or like the fancier things in life, this is not for you.

Always enjoy our stay here. Bus to town is easy and quick. Rooms have space and the hot tub is great
The room was clean, however the key cards are very finicky, sometimes it won’t work. Also, we we’re really looking forward for the waterpark but their hours is not reasonable. They closed at 9pm so if you’re still roaming around the town you won’t be able to go to the pool at night and in the next day they open super late like 2:30pm. We just hope that we we’re able to do the waterpark before checking out.

We love our stay in the hotel. My kids super love it. The room is clean and we had a veranda with a nice view of the mountain. We got to enjoy the indoor and outdoor pool, the amazing playground and the underground parking lot. The hotel is very close to downtown which we enjoy night stroll and eating on different food places. The staff are amazing too. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be coming soon.

We had a loft room that was nice and spacious. The hotel itself is quite dated and not kept up very well. There was a water leak in the hallway and the ceiling was damaged. Large part of the floor was wet. Our young kids all got a chemical burn after spending a few hours in the pool. Not a great overall experience. It was fairly cheap for banff. The playhouse was fun for the kids but felt a bit like a dungeon as the lighting was poor.

The room was outdated but clean. Lots of space and we liked that there was the option to have a fire in the fireplace. Pool was good and we loved the outdoor hot tub. The kids play place was an amazing touch and well enjoyed by us!
