"Its pretty old could use some renovating. Tile floor was quite cracked. Window latches were broken and didnt provide much security as it was on the lower ground floor. Toilet was constantly running. Nice being a bit out of town so you don't hear the traffic but we also had drunk guys outside making alot of noise till late."

"Property is next to a construction site, we had mice in the room, however beyond that the room was clean, we had daily housekeeping, the staff were pleasant and helpful. I was not happy that the amenities are on the sister property across the parking lot however I thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, the steam room had eucalyptus infused and I loved the jacuzzi"

"Love staying in Banff close to lots of restaurants had an excellent little brunch/breakfast in the hotel. Very clean and nice amenities and beautiful hot tub/swimming option."
