Very friendly staff, everything in the room was so new and clean. We had a nice new big TV and100/100 Mbit internet. The location is very nice, we loved going for walks there or using the bikes we got for free with the stay. It was amazing value for the money. Right now we're in a big 4-star hotel in Phnom Penh, but we actually think Lilliput was nicer and newer. There's a nice park and floating market nearby. The map in Hotels.com doesn't show the correct location though, it is actually the...

Big hotel by the river and the central pier. Very easy access to ferries and the Sky train. Lots of services and restaurants in the building. Great views of the city from the balconies particularly if you get a high floor.
