Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok
4.5 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (1002)
"Chatrium Hotel Bangkok was our last hotel stop before our vacation was over. As a Platinum Hotels.com member, I was lucky to get an "upgrade" on our room but it didn't seem like an upgrade because I had booked a 1 Bdrm Riverview Suite King Bed and that was what I got? Room was good size and comfortable. Balcony faces the river with a beautiful view. Anyways, hotel is very clean and next to the river. Hotel has a shuttle boat that can take you to ICON SIAM. lebua at State Tower
5.0 star property

"This hotel was nice overall, the check in process took a while & our bags coming up to the room was also delayed. I was a little disappointed that I booked VIP but the only VIP bonus was a couple extra beers & there was no complimentary room upgrade available. It was my birthday and they did not have the room decorated prior to check in. Overall the staff was nice but the stay could’ve been better. Hotel is pretty conveniently located."

"The staff is great, very friendly and helpful specially the concierge UI, but the rooms need a very good renovation. The room smell like mould or wet carpet, the walls have signs of infiltration. A few of the amenities are old tbh. The breakfast it’s okay but could have a better and more options. The location and staff fantastic. "The hotel is perfect, clean, nice, big, and has a very good spa. You need to make sure that your room has spa access included, otherwise, you have to pay additionally to use it.
