"This hotel was nice overall, the check in process took a while & our bags coming up to the room was also delayed. I was a little disappointed that I booked VIP but the only VIP bonus was a couple extra beers & there was no complimentary room upgrade available. It was my birthday and they did not have the room decorated prior to check in. Overall the staff was nice but the stay could’ve been better. Hotel is pretty conveniently located."

"Chatrium Hotel Bangkok was our last hotel stop before our vacation was over. Room was good size and comfortable. Balcony faces the river with a beautiful view. Anyways, hotel is very clean and next to the river. Hotel has a shuttle boat that can take you to ICON SIAM. There are street food along the street but not as busy. Hotel is farther away from Grand Palace, MBK shopping center, and busier areas of Bangkok. Hotel has a Starbucks and 7-11 connected. Breakfast had a huge variety of food. You can't beat breakfast buffets in Asia. The staff always so helpful and kind and goes above and beyond. Would I stay at Chatrium Hotel again? Probably not because it is farther away from all the busier areas and street food and night markets. If you prefer a quieter area, this hotel would be an excellent choice. "
