Little touches like slippers, Crocs for the infinity pool, and a Bluetooth speaker added a special charm to our experience and made our stay feel even more luxurious and personal. What really made our time unforgettable was the staff. Every single member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The food was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with great variety. The portions were generous, and we’re pretty sure we left having gained a few happy pounds! The resort itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. We truly miss our time at Kalandara Resort and would return in a heartbeat. "The staff, the service, the food, the resort and amenities - all absolutely brilliant! The downside, however, was the noise disruptions and beach inaccessibility due to the conservation work taking place right in front of the resort. In order to compensate for the inconvenience the hotel manager agreed to offer our group breakfast and 2x meal coupons for the 2x days that we were there. This was much appreciated and the service from the staff was exceptional. Special acknowledgement to Ayu, Wira and all the chefs. We were all vegetarian/vegan and the restaurant staff went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs. Mr Chathur, Sudi, Wahyu from front desk and management really took care of our needs and did their best to compensate for any inconveniences caused by the conservation work. We had no regrets staying here primarily because of the staff and exceptional service we received which made up for the disruptions. Candi dasa is also a really beautiful part of Bali that's not overcrowded and busy. Perfect for relaxation and quality time with family and in nature. "

"We stayed one night in an Ocean Premier Room after spotting the hotel and deciding to book because it looked beautiful. The property is stunning. The architecture, cliffside setting, and ocean views are incredible — one of the most visually impressive resorts we’ve seen in Lombok. The staff were kind, however receiving service was difficult. Even simple requests like ordering a drink felt challenging, which made parts of the stay uncomfortable. Communication and overall hospitality flow felt lacking for a resort of this standard. A beautiful property with incredible views, but the service needs refinement to match the setting."
