Room was moldy, Super hard bed. Water pressure was crazy! The second you turned on the faucet water would shoot out soaking your shirt then dull down to a trickle, then randomly shoot out strong again and splash everywhere, same with the small crappy shower. Floors become very slippery after just washing hands from all the water. And not to mention there was NO HAND SOAP provided! Then all night we heard people talking, You can even hear people peeing the walls are soo thin! The room doors make a loud click and SLAM when opened and closed. We heard this all night long. Then the front desk gave us a 6am wake up call that we did NOT order. After hanging up the phone we try and go back to sleep, however the housekeeping service started their rounds at 6:15am, slamming doors, giggling, talking loudly making it impossible to rest. After explaining all this to their "manager" he tried to upgrade our room to a suite right next to the roof top bar, I told him no way would I take a room in a louder area only to hear drunk people going in and out all night long again. We asked for a refund, he talked a lot about his experience in other hotels, i guess he was trying to "relate" to our situation, which was pointless because he is suppose to be solving the problem. Finally after his story about himself he said he could not refund us because the real manager is out of town. We left and switched hotels last minute. Expedia came to the rescue and refunded us fully and the difference.
