We had an excellent experience at Hilton Millenium in Bangkok.
PROS: NICE SIZE ROOMS, GREAT CLOSET SPACE, FRIENDLY STAFF, GREAT LOCATION, SUMPTUOUS BREAKFAST, BEAUTIFUL POOL, FAMILY FRIENDLY AND WELL KEPT PROPERTY. AN EXCELLENT STAY!!!
CONS: EXPENSIVE HAPPY HOUR ON 32ND FLOOR, AROUND $30.00 PER PERSON.
Hi
Nice accommodation
The best breakfast options we ever had
Close to iconsiam superclose
Views -breath taking from 360 and pool , from river views rooms
Toiletry’s very good quality
Only con—-television connection is poor
Unable to watch most channels and news Not a big deals in this era but hotel like Hilto should not overlook for reputation
The hotel itself is nice enough, being located next to Ikon Siam, but the check-in and restaurant staff leave the impression that you are inconveniencing them. Definitely room for improvement
Property was just okay. Did not have the WOW factor, but served the purpose. The location on the river was great and convenient. Service was acceptable, but not up to par with that of my stay at the Kimpton Hotel.
The hotel is located just next to Iconsiam (the best shopping mall in Bangkok). Everything is very convenient.
Lots option of eating, shopping, massage and easy access to dinner cruise. Mostly I've used taxi with grab application but boat shuttle is free to BTS station.
Also Breakfast is very good with river view.
I was enjoyed my staying.
We stayed here to be close to the IconSiam complex. The hotel is next door to the complex so it is an easy walk of less them 5 minutes. There is also a free shuttle ferry from the hotel to Sathorn Pier where you can then get the free transfer to Asiatique.
We stayed in an Executive Club room. It was quiet and spacious and the club room was good for afternoon tea and cocktails to watch the sun set in the evening. We didnt use it for breakfast as the options in the main restaurant was far better. The breakfast had a great selection.
The onky issues we had was a long check in, no information given on wifi or the free boat shuttles etc, which we had to work out for ourselves. Check in is in the Exec Club, which sounds good, but it took forever to get checked in. We would have been much faster checking in at the main reception. We checked out at the main reception for this reason.
