Our second time staying in this hotel. The staff are all amazing right from the check-in people to the concierge and bartenders. This hotel probably has the best buffet breakfast I have ever had in my life. Highly recommend this location.

The resort was very nice and clean, with great staff! We found that the walls were very thin so we were often kept awake at night by loud talkers in other rooms. The breakfast had many options and was restocked well. The outdoor pool area was nice but we did not go in as it was not heated and therefore too cold. Overall it was a relaxing stay!

What a great surprise this place was. The staff were excellent and so polite. I was upgraded due to VIP with expedia and the room was perfect. No issues at all. The breakfast buffet was probably one of the best I have ever had. So much variety and everything was delicious. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back before my wintering in the Algarve is finished.

Staff are very nice and helpful, the facility is absolutely massive and walking around can take a long time, the restaurants were okay but extremely expensive for what they were. For the rooms the beds were extremely comfortable but my shower door was broken and the wifi signal didn’t reach most of my room which is quite annoying
