Really tired interior and off customer service.
The Aircon only worked if we turned it off and back on again every hour or so, I had to wake up through the night to turn it back on. We were locked out of our room 1 hour before checkout and the staff said they could not issue a new key. Their solution was to send someone with us each time we needed to access the room, it was really awkward. There are appliances missing from the kitchen, where there was once a washing machine there's now just a big gap with visible plumbing, it's hidden in the photos behind the kitchen island.

The staff were all very welcoming and had good interactions. The hotel itself is a little off the beaten path and not one taxi driver I rode with knew where the hotel was. This was not a problem, thanks to Google maps. The noise from the nearby freeway often sounded like there was racing going on at 2:00 A.M. Breakfast hours were descent (6:00 to 10:00) but if you arrive later in the morning, the food in the buffet is cold, and definitely tastes as if it has been sitting for a while. Overall, it was a good stay for the price, and we did stay there for two weeks.

This is not a good location for tourist. No way to experience Bangkok without taking a cab miles away. The building is old and dirty. The AC unit was dirty and made us sick. This was our last 3 days in Thailand out of our two week stay. The dining area was the only postive experience out of the hotel stay. We will not return to this location in the future. The most expensive for the worst property.

A few issues. The Wi-Fi doesn't work in Building 3, which we found out once trying to log in. That's an issue. The lighting is also suspect in the rooms. It was a cheap rate, so we got what we paid for. However, the staff -- particularly Gem who helped us with our bags and lined up taxis -- was OUTSTANDING. He made our review be 3 out of 5, otherwise we would've noted 2 out of 5 in our review. The hotel was also nice in letting us keep our bags in storage for a while while we toured the city after check out. That should also be noted.

I like their breakfast. Big portion and delicious. what i do not like is their water heating system. I can't really control the water temperature. Maybe is time for them to change the old system to the electronic water heating.

Hotel is good but not the location
Check in process was very lengthy and lots of mosquitoes in the lobby creates my family very uneasy in the midnight. The guy at the reception was very lazy and deal with a group of people all the time. Hotel room is quite comfortable but service is not that good and hard to get a grap taxi due to hotel location.

This place is really too far away from train station. We enquiry about the free shuttle to train station from receptionist on Friday night and ask if tomorrow we need to register for the space, she told us not require and just wait at lobby at 11pm. the next morning, we were told it is not operating on Saturday and Sunday. Disappointed with the receptionist.

Bath tub said to be jetted but it isn't. Room has insufficient lighting. Sauna was out of order. room has no safe to store valuables. Washing machine was not easy to use And also did not drain the water after it was done washing.

Great stay
We stayed a number of nights...and enjoyed a lovely room upgrade. Quiet, clean, very comfortable. The staff is amazing...the cost reasonable...the location somewhat challenging as not near bts or metro. But really worth staying again...just too comfortable and pleasant.

Once they changed rooms and upgraded me due to cleanliness of other room and the dryer not working it was great... Tony the concierge was awesome!!!

I found during my stay that a lot of the amenities listed are listed only. I will start with saying the staff that When I booked my room, besides for the price, I booked because of two things listed in the description. Those being a jacuzzi tub in room and also the availability of in-room massage. Upon arrival I was told that the room type I had booked was unavailable and I was being upgraded free of charge. When I entered my room the smell of cigarette smoke hit me, this is supposed to be a smoke free hotel, but I guess people were smoking on the balcony with the doors left opened. I didn't bother asking for another room as I was told they were sold out (part of the reason for my upgrade). The bathroom while it does have a separate tub and shower, the tub is not jetted as advertised. Going along with that, the hotel also lists itself online as having a sauna, hot tub, pool, gym, shuttle service to shopping center and in room massage available. The pool is operational and nice, however there are only 2 lounge chairs available around it. The sauna, it took me 5 days to find out that it was located under/beside the pool as there is no signage. It is currently out of order. The hot tub, I still haven't found. My second day here I inquired about the free shuttle as I planned to go to the shopping center and explore the area around it. I was told that the shuttle had been cancelled and now only goes to the hospital. Also, the in room massage is not available.

The hotel was nice and the second room was great... the best part was the washer/dryer... the staff was not the greatest but the concierge Tony was awesome... they did finally take care of me after many complaints... and just to note... it does NOT have jetted tub as it claims.

Good end to a long month in Thailand
We booked a room with a washing machine and when we arrived they lost our reservation so we had to wait. Then they said we got upgraded to building C which is not in the main hotel its across the alley which had construction going on just across from that so the banging started around 7am. We went to the main hotel the next day and requested we be moved to the main part of the hotel not because of the room or noise but because we paid to have a washing machine in our room and we had been travelling for the past week so were in dire need of a wash. After arguing for a few minutes partially due to the language barrier we were moved into a suite in Building B with a machine. All in all the hotel handled our concerns professionally and effectively so I have no complaints. It is a bit out of the way from any markets or shopping but using Grab wasn't expensive so it was only a problem trying to tell the drivers where this hotel was. The doormen were really helpful with giving directions and the hotel also gives you a piece of paper with the thai directions on it along with a map of the area. Very smart. The best part about this hotel is the rooftop pool. We were the only ones to use it so it felt like our very own private pool with great views of the city:) The only drawback to this hotel is the wifi was very weak even when we were moved to the main part of the hotel. It was full strength in the lobby though

Nice sized room with kitchenette and washer/dryer. Good for extended stays as the facilities in the room are great and it's relatively inexpensive. It took some time to dial in the A/C to a comfortable temp.

Nice place, awkward location!
From the off the staff couldn't find my booking which sent me into a blind panic. They giggled it off when they did find it completely ignoring the fact I just spent 1000 baht in calls to Expedia. The rooms were a lot bigger than I was expecting and very clean but very, very dim. Was such a pain having to turn on/off 5 to 6 light switches every night. And even with all lights on was still too dim. Also the do not disturb button didn't work so had to latch the door. Breakfast was really poor and the staff didn't seem to check if I was actually eligible for breakfast. The gym was pointless, pool was big standard. With regards to the staff the bell captain earns all the points went above and beyond a couple of times. And you'll need to use him as getting taxis to and from the hotel is difficult at best. I'd recommend you learn how to say the address in Thai.

Stayed one night on the way back from Ko Chang before flying back to UK. About half an hour's drive from the airport. Communicating with staff in English a little difficult. Not much around except street food and car showrooms, but hotel restaurant was quite a pleasant surprise. Room spacious and clean but a slight unused smell and taps / shower a bit dodgy.

Wer primär eine Unterkunft sucht, um von dort aus Bangkok zu durchstreifen, für den ist das Royal Suite Hotel vom Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis her durchaus empfehlenswert: Die Küchenzeile könnte für Selbstversorger etwas besser ausgerüstet sein - aber die Kleinigkeiten lassen sich schnell besorgen. Der Dachpool ist gepflegt und überraschenderweise still - trotz der vorbeiführenden Hochstraßen! EInkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt's zuhauf und mein persönliches Highlight: so gut wie keine Moskitos in der Ungebung! ;)))

杖歩行の高齢者同伴の為、中心部を探していたが、ホテル詳細にターミナル21まで無料シャトルバスがあると記載があったため、決め手になったが、実際は最寄りの駅までしか無料シャトルバスが出ていなく、自力で高齢者が電車を乗り継ぎ中心部まで行くのは大変だった。４日間滞在したが、半日しか外へ出ることがなく非常に残念だった。この誤った記載は問題にならないのか？ 元気なら中心部から離れているが、近所に地元のマーケットがあり、生活はしやすい。 料理はできそうで、包丁がないためできない。バンコクへ来るまでに一週間違うところにいた為、料理もしたかったが残念。洗濯機が部屋についているが、干す物がなく、フロントに尋ねると少量だが干す竿を貸してくれる。中高生２名と大人２名では足りない。洗剤は持参するといい。 プールやジムは大きくはないが、満足だった。毎回プール用タオルが用意されているのが良かった。 スタッフもフレンドリーで話やすかった。ミネラルウォーターが毎日用意してあり有難かった。 朝食は毎回少しずつ変わり、タイ料理も頂くことができるし十分美味しかった。 部屋もきれいでした。
