Amazing riad with wonderful, attentive staff! Nothing was too much trouble at all; the warm welcome and outstanding hospitality from every team member is easily a perfect 10/10. Riad Lapis‑Lazuli clearly takes immense pride in its service and well deserved reputation. You will instantly understand exactly why this place is so loved the moment you arrive. I will absolutely return to visit this riad and its lovely team. Once again, the staff go above and beyond to deliver a seamless, fulfilling stay, ensuring your entire trip feels completely stress free and enjoyable from start to finish. A heartfelt 10/10 recommendation. If I had to describe this place in just one word, I would say unforgettable.

The hotel as a whole is lovely the bar staff go above and beyond. The biggest let down was the reception communication before arrival. I tried contacting the hotel about my flight change so I needed to add an extra night and it would be simpler to have my booking amended than make a one night stand alone booking. Not one email or message was responded to over months. Very poor
