"Property was clean and safe. Free parking. Staff were polite. Rooms weren’t sound proof. I could hear some conversations and movement from next door also above when walking. Kids were running up and down the hall that was somewhat of a disturbance. Breakfast was available but not a lot of choices. Expected more breakfast options. Room was clean but there were visible crumbs in the seam of the desk chair that I had to wipe and clean. But the room was clean and bed comfortable. "

"The staff in the breakfast area were absolutely incredible- so welcoming and friendly. The customer service was over the top from them. Room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot and area seemed very safe. The only opportunity for improvement is the fitness center. It is small - at least they did have free weights, but could use an update. "

"Arrived 10 minutes prior to check in time and front desk personnel on duty very rudely informed me for an extra fifty dollars I could check in early. She then proceeded with attitude when I said I would just wait the ten minutes. Breakfast was poor at best. Rest of hotel personnel were very friendly and hospitable. "

"The area around this hotel is great. Shops, restaurants..etc. housekeeping never came and cleaned our room. We had to go ask for extra towels. We booked for 4 people and were provided 3 towels and 3 washclothes. "

"We stayed the weekend and had a wonderful stay. The house was as listed, had everything we needed and then some. Very nice neighborhood and the town felt very safe. It was plenty of space for the 6 of us. The bedrooms were adorable and spread out nicely for privacy. We would return "
