"This is our third stay at the Surf Beach Motel & as always the rooms were clean, comfortable & well equipped with everything needed for an overnight stay. The only comment I have is, for the forst time we were on the upper level & the stair case had no proper handrail. With my elderly brother who is not well & myself with bad balance this was a bit uncomfortable to navigate."

"Clean room, staff friendly and efficient, restaurant staff need a bit more training on pouring correct drinks and serving training, food not as good as it used to be."

"When we first arrived in our room, we couldn't even open the sliding door to see the pool area (glimpses of it) and the flyscreen was ripped. I went downstairs to Reception and let them know about the damaged doors. The lady was polite and put us into another room. However, the glass door was again in need of repair. We couldn't be bothered going back to reception. The spa was out of action as it was getting repaired. We were looking forward to using that amenity. Lastly, we couldn't get to sleep on the Saturday night due to all of the noise by a group of young adults screaming and carrying on. As we had to leave by 4am the next day for a long travel home, we really were struggling to find anything good with our stay. We had stayed there a few times before but this is the last time we are going back. "

"This place was nice to stay. Very clean and tidy with great amenities. Easy to access and secure off street parking was great. The outlook from back of property was amazing and beautiful to see all the way to the ocean. However the traffic noise from being on a main road was horrendous and kept me away all night. This is not evident on the advertising that it is on a main road. The photos make it look like a secluded property which is deceiving."
