Staff were super friendly and helpful, easy to check in, parking was a breeze with paid parking at the hotel, 20 mins walking to honesuckle and theatre etc, new, clean, great selection buffet breakfast, room was clean, new facilities, loved that you got two pillows, one firm and one soft to choose from, mattress was nice and not warn out and lumpy, black out blinds. Lately every hotel I have stayed in has had noisy air conditioners, this one did not, so slept lovely! Definitely coming back.

This is a very good hotel, close to the CBD, light rail and the waterfront. The rooms are very quiet and there is good on-site parking available (extra cost). It is within walking distance of the city, but there is only a few cafes, restaurants nearby. Breakfast is included in the charges, but meals and bar are available at other times.

A great place to stay whilst attending events at The Racecourse, Broadmeadows, Newcastle. Central to lovely hotels, Racecourse etc. Neat, clean, comfortable beds... and the best choice in pillows... and beautiful breakfast choices to start your day well. 💖

A one night stay for catching up with family. Short walk from Newcastle Interchange. Very friendly and helpful staff at Reception. Breakfast buffet was not extensive but there were enough options of fruit and yoghurt, cereals, hot food, pastries and gluten free bread and corn flakes on request. Walking distance to many restaurants for dinner options. 24 hour reception is great as is the bar for a drink at any time. Would stay there again.

Great hotel stay.

This hotel is in a great location in Newcastle. It is handy to shops, the harbour, and the inner-city. The hotel is clean and has nice staff. I have stayed here several times when visiting Newcastle.
