Enjoy a family hike to Otter Rock Falls, spend an afternoon at the Seven Devils Community Park, which features a playground, tennis courts, and picnic areas, or take in the stunning mountain scenery that makes this area one of the High Country's hidden gems. Banner Elk, Boone, Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, and Grandfather Mountain are all an easy drive away.

With a level entry, arriving is easy, leading you into a welcoming main level where warm wood finishes create a classic mountain cabin atmosphere. The open living area features comfortable leather seating gathered around a wood-burning fireplace, while the all-wood kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals. A unique retro dining table surrounded by windows fills the space with natural light and offers peaceful wooded views. Sugar Bear's Retro Retreat is also thoughtfully equipped for families, offering a portable crib for little ones, a dedicated game table stocked with family-friendly board games, and portable fans for added comfort throughout the home.

The main level includes a king primary suite with a private en suite bathroom, along with a second bedroom featuring two twin beds. Downstairs, you'll find a queen bedroom and an additional bedroom with two twin beds, both sharing a hallway bathroom, making the home well-suited for families or groups of friends.

Guests also have access to the attached garage, with interior access and parking for one vehicle.

Your four-legged family members are welcome too! Sugar Bear's Retro Retreat accommodates two dogs for an additional pet fee and provides two dog kennels for your convenience.

For your security, the property has a Ring doorbell camera monitoring the front entrance.

**Winter Weather Notice:** Seven Devils sits at a higher elevation, where snow and icy conditions are common during the winter months (October through March). We strongly recommend using a four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle, and chains may be necessary in snowy or icy conditions.
