"The heated pool and jacuzzi were the best after a day of hiking. Did not utilize the sauna or exercise area. The atmosphere of the lodge was clean and comfortable. Staff were so pleasant and accommodating. Had to use stairs for the many levels. Not ADA compliant for those in need from my experience. The room had more than expected. Full kitchen/living area and private bedroom. Would definitely book this lodge again in the future! "

"The say was great. The apartment is well maintained, clean and with beautiful views. That there is also a heated pool for the building makes it a really great deal. The owner checked in with us and was really kind. Overall a great experience. The only thing to consider is that there is a shuttle bus that take you to the property, meaning you need to drop of everyone, drive back to the large parking lot, and catch a shuttle- this can be a bit of a hustle for a family, but it worked out ok for us, we just had to be more planned than usual. *there is a small shop and bar in the building in case uou need something urgent which also makes it easier. "

"Sweet historic house in the heart of Valle Crucis, great communication and easy self check-in. Check website for "extras" like weekend food options and fun things across the street, enjoyed the pm music and nordic sauna! Great front porch with a view, lovely tubs in rooms, lots of personality! Definitely read details on room location if guests with mobility issues but lovely! "

"It was such a cozy, home-like feeling of a cabin and our friends with a 4 year old easily accommodated just as easy as we did with a 2 month old baby! Beautiful place to stay! "
