♥ Welcome to Hillside Haven ♥ A fully renovated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom home perfect for groups/families/remote workers of up to 2 people and their pets!

Come experience the tranquility and relaxation of this beautiful space that provides a restful retreat for our guests. Nestled snuggly in the side of a hill, this adorable two-level cottage was custom designed by Blue Pineapple Designers with our guest's experience in mind. Hillside Haven provides a sanctuary to unwind in while also being located within walking distance to main street Banner Elk!

This is a pet-friendly home and requires an additional fee of $75 Per Pet to stay in the property. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a deposit and does not cover damage or additional cleaning as a result of the pet stay.

Enter at the upper level where the blended Living Room & Kitchen is a perfect example of how a well-designed space can maximize functionality without sacrificing comfort or style. The 14-foot vaulted wood ceiling gives the space an open and airy feeling while the natural light pours in through the multiple extra-large windows. The Living Room couch has two movable ottomans for your comfort as you enjoy your favorite show or movie on the 55-inch Smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen is easy to navigate perfectly balancing form and function while also inspiring creativity and joy.

Off of the kitchen is your serene and luxurious bathroom oasis. The spacious shower offers plenty of room to move around in and your experience is only enhanced by the 12-inch rainfall showerhead. The ceiling skylight window above the shower offers a glimpse of the outdoors while the mirror is large and well-lit with soft and flattering lighting making it easy to get ready in the morning or evening.

Venture down the spiral staircase to the lower level where your luxurious King-size bed encourages rest and relaxation. Complete with soft linens and cozy blankets, a comfortable night's sleep is calling your name. To enhance your sleep quality, we've also provided a Dohm White Noise machine to create a soothing atmosphere, drowning out any outside noise. A 49-inch Smart TV hangs on the wall across from the bed for your viewing pleasure and the full-sized front-loading washer/dryer set are designed to handle large loads of laundry with ease. Liquid detergent is provided. For our remote workers, a desk, monitor and chair are available to you as well.

PET POLICY: Violation of our pet policy may result in a $300 fine per pet + cleaning expenses (if applicable). Disclosure of Service Animals is required. Undisclosed or Unauthorized pet(s) will result in a $300 fine per pet. If there are any unauthorized pet(s), your reservation will be canceled and will be asked to leave. No refund will be given under any circumstances, and you will also be fined ($300 fine per pet). Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) ARE NOT considered Service Animals and while ESAs are primarily for emotional support, Service Animals are specially trained to perform tasks for handlers with disabilities who require assistance with daily tasks and must remain with their owner at all times. SAs (Service Animals) are protected under the American Disability Act (ADA).

WILDLIFE: Guests may occasionally spot local wildlife while enjoying the property, which is part of the natural beauty of the area. Wildlife sightings are unpredictable, and guests assume all responsibility for their safety while outdoors. The host is not liable for any interactions with wildlife.
