"Room was clean staff was friendly & helpful"

Then when he had to make my room card he couldn't find my assigned room. Then he kept asking is your name John, is your name Suzan ets. I mean we just confirmed my name, and he has my passport open in front of him. Check in was a painful 25 minute process.
