As people came and went from the kitchen, the cook engaged in friendly conversations with everyone. It’s worth mentioning that the cook also served as the cleaner, and all the tables were quickly cleaned after each meal. The coffee was replenished just as quickly. I’ve noticed such exceptional service from staff who often go unnoticed during my stays. This cook did her job with a smile and joy, truly making a difference. "
