The AC units haven't been cleaned in YEARS. I had to clean my AC filters to get the unit to work. It was caked with dirt and dust. "When we got there, an exterior door was jammed and would not open so we had to take our things all the way around the front of the building to go into our room. The microwave in our room did not work. We unplugged it re-plugged it and still no power. I was very concerned about the exterior door, not opening because it was a fire escape and I mentioned that to the front desk person, and they said they would look into it, but did not seem very concerned."
