HOUSE RULES FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE
*No smoking in or around the property.
*No parties or events without special permission.
*Primary renter must be 25+ and present on-site during the stay.
*Fireworks are prohibited on the property.
*Intentional damage will be your responsibility.
*Rental Agreement: A link to our rental agreement will be sent to you to sign before check-in. This is to get your agreement to the house rules and responsibility you take on when using the hot tub.

WIFI

- To use the Smart TVs, simply turn on with the provided remote
- You may use apps such as Netflix and YouTube TV using your personal login
- You can also stream from your phone or tablet and cast to the Smart TV
- PLEASE sign out of your accounts before check out

GARBAGE
Please consolidate all garbage from kitchen and bathrooms into larger bags and place in trash can outside in the bear proof trash bins next to the parking pad if front of the home. PLEASE also raise the red flag on the right side of the bin when you are finished.
- The city collects the trash a couple of times a week, on Mondays and Thursdays
- Absolutely no loose trash can be placed in the
outside trash cans. Not only does this attract
wildlife, but our support staff has to collect the trash bags by hand.
- You will be charged an extra fee if they have to dig out loose items of garbage.
- Upon checkout, please make sure all trash from bedrooms, bathrooms, basement, and kitchen is collected and placed in the trash cans. Raise the red flag on the right side of the bear proof container when you have finished.

PARKING
We offer parking for up to three vehicles on the concrete pad directly in front of the house. PLEASE NOTE: if you need to use the below overflow parking, please know that the free parking is not guaranteed and is based on availability.

OVERFLOW PARKING (if you have more than 3 vehicles):
1. Township / Police Station lot (overnight permitted with front desk notice)
Do not park in marked police spaces
Guests must go inside and notify the front desk if leaving a vehicle overnight

2. Sledding hill parking (paid)
Across from the township/police station
$50 per night
Pay by scanning the QR code posted on-site

3. Mini golf gravel lot (free)
Free gravel lot next to the putt-putt mini golf
Beside Brick Oven Pizza (same side of the road as the pizza place)
Across from the township/police station

IMPORTANT: To avoid towing, please do not park on the street or in any unapproved areas near the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and respectful neighborhood.

CANCELLATION POLICY
**We follow the cancellation policy in place at the time you booked, as shown in your confirmation. If there is any chance you may need to cancel, we recommend purchasing travel insurance at checkout. Refunds are not provided outside the booked policy for weather, illness, or travel disruptions.
