Step outside and hit the slopes, then return home to a warm, comfortable retreat where your entire group can relax together. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 10 guests, Slopesider 11 is an excellent choice for families, couples traveling together, and groups looking for a convenient Sugar Mountain escape. Guests particularly praise the home's location and easy access to the slopes. The home has been renovated from top to bottom with modern comfort in mind. Inside, you'll find an updated kitchen with butcher-block countertops and newer appliances, ceramic tile flooring, comfortable living spaces, central heating and air conditioning, and a tankless water heater. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast before a day on the mountain or settle in for a family dinner afterward.
WINTER: The ski-in/ski-out location puts Sugar Mountain's biggest attraction right outside your door. No hauling everyone's ski gear back and forth or driving to the mountain each morning—just gear up and go. Trail access is dependent upon current snow conditions and trail openings.
SPRING, SUMMER & FALL: Slopesider 11 isn't just a ski-season destination. Enjoy cool mountain temperatures, beautiful scenery, hiking, golf, fishing, and other High Country adventures, then come home to relax on the deck.

Note:
Here on Sugar Mountain, we have a great amount of snowfall from November through April. You must be prepared with 4-wheel drive, studded snow tires or chains. Chains can be purchased in the area in the event of a snowstorm during your vacation.
Renters are expected to provide toilet paper, paper towels, soaps/detergents, trash bags, baggies/foil/saran wrap, fire wood, etc. We provide: linens (1 set of sheets per bed, blankets, pillows), 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person based on occupancy of the property, a kitchen set of 1 dish cloth and 1 dish towel, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom and one roll of paper towels.
