Ghosted

These people ghosted me. Booked 24 hours before stay. I showed up and they never answered the phone or my messages. There is no front desk or reception area. I think this place is a scam. Once the customer service agent from hotels.com managed to get them on the phone. They said they didn’t speak English and after that they never answered the phone again. This place should not even be listed and travelers should stay away.
