The in-room amenities barely work and carry the marks of many years of service, the towels have stains, and judging by the dates on the product labels of the equipment, the room we stayed in has not been refitted in at least 13 years. "Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!"

"Our room was spacious with a nice balcony and lovely Mountain View’s. We used the jacuzzi but the jets didn’t work. The sauna and steam room were great. The breakfast on Sunday was quite a spread. The hostess was quite brusque. We enjoyed our stay. We had a car. The walk to town would be too long for some people."
